I found the staff friendly and helpful. they allowed me to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. This let me explore without any luggage worries. the reception was cute and efficient. the cleanliness was perfect.
the absence of air conditioning made the room quite warm. there was a small desk fan, but it only provided limited relief. the noise from the street was noticeable.

The staff was very kind and helpful. the hotel position was great. It allowed easy walks everywhere. i got upgraded from a single to a double room when i arrived, and i didn't even ask for it. my room was very comfortable and clean. It had everything i needed.
i noticed the hotel had no air conditioning. my room became unbelievably hot. a small desk fan provided a little relief from the heat.

The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the Metro. I found many restaurants and bars nearby, very convenient. The reception staff were always friendly and approachable, which I liked.
